Wedding Planning Contract

This Wedding Planning Contract (the "Contract") is made and entered into as of  9/8/2024 , by and between:

1. Fee and Payments

1.1 Total Fee: The total fee for the Planning and Design package is $10,800.

1.2 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $2,700 is required to secure your date with Wedding Erah. This deposit is due upon signing of this Contract.

1.3 Payment Schedule:

• First Payment: $2,700 due at the time of signing the Contract on 9/10/2024.
• Second Payment: $2,700 due 1 month after the Contract signing on 10/10/2024.
• Third Payment: $2,700 due 2 months after the Contract signing on 11/10/2024.
• Final Payment: $2,700 due 2 weeks before your wedding date on 10/4/2025.

1.4 Services Provided: Upon receipt of the first payment, Wedding Erah will provide a detailed list of all services covered under this Contract. Wedding Erah is responsible solely for the services specified in the list provided for 120 guests.

1.5 Late Payments and Additional Charges: Failure to make payments as scheduled will result in Wedding Erah halting and canceling all services immediately.

1.6 Payment Methods: Payments should be made via the payment link provided by Wedding Erah.

1.7 Refunds and Changes: All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Cancellations

2.1 Forfeiture of Funds: In the event of cancellation by the Client, all funds paid are forfeited. Materials purchased specifically for the wedding remain the property of Wedding Erah.

2.2 Failure to Provide Details: Failure to provide necessary details by specified deadlines may result in delays in the design process. Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be applied to other services or purchases.

3. Access to Wedding Photos

3.1 Permission for Use: Wedding Erah requests access to all wedding photos and permission for unrestricted use of these images. If there are specific images you prefer not to be shared, please inform us. However, we require access to all images for our records.

3.2 Images of Our Work: Photographs capturing Wedding Erah’s work must be provided post-wedding. While social media endorsements of our work are appreciated, they are not mandatory.

4. Planning Services

4.1 Scope of Services: Wedding Erah is only responsible for the services listed in the Fairytale Forever Comprehensive Plan at the time of the first payment.

4.2 Client Responsibilities: Failure to provide clear details, previous communications, or any other required information may result in complications or delays on the wedding day, for which Wedding Erah will not be held accountable.

5. Design Services

5.1 Scope of Services: Wedding Erah is responsible for the services listed at the time of the first payment.

5.2 Finalization and Changes: All design elements and floral arrangements will be finalized 2 months before the wedding date. Any changes or customization requests after this finalization will incur additional charges, with a minimum fee of $500.

5.3 Information Requests: Throughout the design process, Wedding Erah will request information and inspiration images to better understand your vision. Delays in providing requested information may result in delays in the design process.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Timely Communication: The Client is responsible for providing necessary items and information throughout the design process. Delays in responding or providing requested information may result in delays in the design process.

7. Content Creation Team

7.1 Scope of Work: The Content Creation Team will be responsible solely for capturing content on the specified wedding day. The team will provide:

• Five (5) edited clips, each up to five (5) seconds in length.
• Five (5) edited clips, each up to ten (10) seconds in length.
• All raw footage from the wedding day.

7.2 Delivery Timeline: The edited clips and raw footage will be delivered to the Client within one (1) day following the wedding day.

7.3 Exclusivity of Coverage: The Content Creation Team is only responsible for content creation on the wedding day specified in this Contract. No content will be required from the Content Creation Team for any other day.

. 1 Groom boutonnière

. 6 Bridesmaids Bouquets

. 6 Groomsmen boutonnières

. 3 Mom Bouquets

. 3 Dad boutonnières

. 3 Grandmother Bouquets

. 1 Grandfather boutonnière

9. General Provisions

9.1 Entire Agreement: This Contract constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

9.2 Amendments: Any amendments or modifications to this Contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

9.3 Severability: If any provision of this Contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
