By proceeding with payment, Alice + Olivia confirms its acceptance of  terms below.

1. Scope of Responsibility
Wedding Erah agrees to provide three (3) small holiday-themed floral arrangements inspired by the visuals communicated via email and approved by the Alice + Olivia visuals team. No additional products or services are included beyond the specified arrangements.

2. Delivery Terms
Wedding Erah will deliver the floral arrangements on Wednesday, November 20th, 2024, between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Once delivery is completed, Wedding Erah assumes no further responsibility or liability for the condition, handling, or care of the arrangements.

3. Visual Approval
The floral arrangements will align with the design and aesthetic outlined in the visuals provided and approved by the Alice + Olivia visuals team.

4. Full Agreement
This document constitutes the complete and binding agreement between Wedding Erah and Alice + Olivia regarding the provision and delivery of the specified floral arrangements.
