Agreement for Berta LA Show – February 20, 2025

By submitting payment, Berta agrees to the following terms:

Scope of Responsibility

Wedding Erah will design and install five (5) floral installations for the Berta LA Show on February 20, 2025 at the agreed price of $2,000, covering material costs only. Wedding Erah's responsibilities are limited solely to the design and setup of these installations.

Branding & Social Media Agreement

In exchange for labor costs, Berta agrees to tag and mention Wedding Erah in all social media posts featuring photos from the event. A minimum of five (5) posts must include a mention of Wedding Erah across Berta’s social media platforms.

Set-Up & Liability

• Set-up will take place between 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM on February 20, 2025.
• Wedding Erah’s responsibility ends upon completion of the five (5) installations.
• Once set up, Wedding Erah is not liable for the condition, maintenance, or any modifications to the installations.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Berta and Wedding Erah for this event. By submitting payment, Berta acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
