By submitting payment, La La Land Kind Cafe agrees to the following terms:

Scope of Responsibility: Wedding Erah is solely responsible for providing 300 stems of yellow roses. No additional products or services are included.

Branding Agreement: Wedding Erah has received permission to attach a branded business card to each rose stem.

Delivery Terms: Wedding Erah will deliver the roses on the morning of Saturday, December 7th, 2024. After delivery, Wedding Erah assumes no responsibility or liability for the condition or handling of the flowers.

These terms constitute the full agreement regarding the floral provision and delivery for this event.
