This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Wedding Erah (“Provider”) and Parastoo Magazine (“Client”) in relation to the 7 Seen table setup for the Nowruz Celebration on Saturday, March 15, 2025.

1. Scope of Services

• Wedding Erah shall be solely responsible for the design, setup, and execution of the 7 Seen table at the event.
• Wedding Erah will provide all necessary items and materials for the display.
• This Agreement does not include any additional services beyond the 7 Seen setup.

2. Setup and Takedown

• The 7 Seen table setup will take place on Saturday, March 15, 2025, between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM at the designated venue.
• Takedown of the setup will begin promptly at 10:15 PM on the same day.
• Once the setup is completed, Wedding Erah is not responsible for any modifications, maintenance, or damages to the display.

3. Compensation and Consideration

• Parastoo Magazine agrees to pay Wedding Erah a fee of $450 to cover the cost of materials for the 7 Seen setup.
• In exchange for the labor and execution of the setup, Wedding Erah will receive the following:
  1. One (1) full-page advertisement in both the print and digital editions of Parastoo Magazine.
  2. Ten (10) event tickets to the Nowruz Celebration.
  3. A verbal acknowledgment and shoutout recognizing Wedding Erah during the event.

4. Agreement and Payment Terms

• By submitting payment, Parastoo Magazine acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
• Payment must be received in full prior to the event date to secure services.

This Agreement constitutes the full and binding understanding between Wedding Erah and Parastoo Magazine regarding the 7 Seen setup for the Nowruz Celebration.
